Drive-Fly In 2003
Fly-In/Drive-In, Johnson Creek,
June 20-22, 2003
You are warmly invited to beautiful Johnson Creek Airstrip near Yellow
Pine, Idaho, for the 13th Annual Idaho Friends of MAF Fly-In /Drive-In, Friday
evening through Sunday morning. Enjoy fun/fellowship around the campfire with
others interested in missionary aviation; be challenged by MAF speaker Jon
Lewis; meet new MAF pilots completing the mountain flying portion of their
training on the Salmon River; see old friends, make new ones. Bring the whole
family, your youth group or Sunday School class. You'll need camping gear
and food-bring extra food & invite a pilot to share your meal. Toilets,
water and limited electricity are available.
Idaho Friends of MAF is a non-profit organization formed to support and
encourage missionary aviation around the world. Currently our project is funding
the Idaho portion of the training all MAF pilots receive. Training costs
average about $20,000 per year. Please bring a donation in any amount as your
registration fee.
